Carol Ketcham worked at Creighton from 1970-2014 in roles ranging from secretary, administrative assistant, athletic ticket manager, compliance, special events coordinator, director of special events, director of athletic development and Senior Woman Administrator.

"Ketch", as she's known to just about everyone, played a huge role in creating, organizing and/or growing major Creighton events such as the Bluejay Jamboree, Creighton Athletics Hall of Fame banquet, Leaders for Life and virtually every other large get-together involving Jaybackers.
The Shenandoah, Iowa, native also performed a variety of duties with the College World Series, helping with everything from play-by-play typist, team ticket distribution, and coordination of courtesy cars while working close to 500 games through the years.
Ketcham was recognized in 1990 with Creighton's Distinguished Services Administrator Award, in 1996 with the 25 Years of Special Service award and most recently in 2007 with the Leaders For Life Award.
Ketcham retired after 44 years at Creighton in 2014, and is one of the most-tenured staffers in the history of the Athletic Department. She resides in Omaha.
