MISSION STATEMENT
Creighton University's Department of Athletics is committed to ensuring student-athletes, coaches, administrators and supporters exhibit integrity by complying with NCAA, BIG EAST and Creighton University rules and standards. Rules compliance is a shared responsibility amongst the Athletics Department, including the Athletic Compliance staff, the greater campus community, and our wonderful supporters all over the world.
Creighton's commitment to compliance is exhibited through robust education, training, and monitoring. The continued pursuit of improvement in all facets of its Athletics Department aligns with the University's Jesuit ideals and guides the department's decision-making process.
The Athletics Department and the Athletic Compliance staff are dedicated to fostering an environment where a Creighton student-athlete is first a student, is committed to the principles of fair play, and appreciates the spirit and intent of the University's mission. As such, it is imperative that the entire Creighton community adheres to the highest standard of ethical conduct and therefore it is our goal to teach honesty, encourage integrity, and appreciate the unity that exists between the Department of Athletics and all other elements of the University.
