Bluejay Jamboree Adds On-Line Auction Component

OMAHA, Neb. – Fans will now have the chance to bid on items prior to Creighton University's 23rd Annual Bluejay Jamboree, which will take place the night of Nov. 14th this year. That's because of a new web site that permits an on-line auction on some of the top items the annual Creighton fundraiser has to offer.

By visiting to the website http://bluejayjamboree.creighton.edu, fans can sift through many of the items commonly available for the silent auction or super silent auction. Many of the items include photos. Bidding on the E-Auction will commence on October 15th.

One unique feature of the site is the “Autobid” option, where registrants can list their maximum bid amount on an item, and the program will automatically raise your bid up to that limit for you.

Beginning on October 1st, the web site will be capable of handling event registration and cash donations. It includes an on-line catalog of all the items that will be featured in the Live Auction the night of Nov. 14. Credit cards can also be registered in advance for purchases to be made on Nov. 14.
