The main Athletic Training Facility is located in the Championship Center. The Athletic Training Facility includes a taping room, a rehabilitation and treatment area, hydrotherapy area, a private physician room and offices located in the treatment and rehabilitation area.

The Athletic Training Room in the newly opened Ryan Center is nearly 1,200 sq ft. It is located on the Southeast side of the Ryan Center. The Athletic Training Room contains a treatment and rehabilitation area, a hydrotherapy room, a taping area and offices.

The Kitty Gaughan Pavilion Athletic Training Room serves the baseball and softball teams. It is on the lower level and can be accessed by the stairs on NW corner of the pavilion. The Athletic Training Room is located next to the batting cages. It contains a taping area, ice machine and in season it has an e-stim/ultrasound unit.

The Michael G. Morrison, S.J., Stadium Athletic Training Room serves the Men's and Women's Soccer teams. It is located on the main floor between the ticket office and concessions. It has a treatment/taping table, hydrocollator, access to ice, and splints and emergency equipment.

The CHI Health Center Omaha Athletic Training Room is used by the Men's Basketball Team during games. It is located on the SE corner of the arena next to the Men's locker room. It has a treatment area with an e-stim/ultrasound unit, taping tables, hot/cold whirlpool, hydrocollator, and ice machine.
