- Creighton is now 18-16 all-time in the MVC Tournament, including 6-4 as the No. 2 seed.
- Creighton is on a season-high four-game winning streak.
- The Jays are aiming to appear in their sixth MVC Tournament championship game and third in the last four years (1994, 1999, 2002, 2007, 2009). CU has never been to the championship game in consecutive seasons.
- Creighton is 8-7 at the MVC Tournament under Jim Flanery
- Jim Flanery is now 150-101 (.598) in his career.
- Creighton is aiming for its third consecutive 20-win season and fifth in eight years under Jim Flanery. Flan's predecessor, Connie Yori, had three 20 win seasons in her 10 years at Creighton.

- In Creighton's win over Drake on Friday, the Jays improved to 11-0 on the year when shooting at least 40 percent from the field, 11-0 when making at least eight three-pointers and 5-0 in games decided by five points or less.
- Creighton is 6-0 when making at least 10 three-pointers in a game this season and 30-11 under Jim Flanery when making 10 or more triples.
- Creighton is now 42-23 (.646) under Jim Flanery in games decided by five points or less.
- Creighton's win on Friday was just its second this season when trailing at the half (2-6).
- Ally Jensen scored a career-high 18 points on Friday, making 6-of-12 three-pointers. The six treys tied a Bluejay season-high, done twice previously by Kelsey Woodard. Her six three-pointers were the most by a Bluejay in the MVC Tournament since current assistant coach Dayna Finch made 8-of-12 threes against Indiana State in the 2002 quarterfinals.

- Megan Neuvirth will set a school record for games played when she takes the floor in the semifinals after she played in her 126th game on Friday, tying the school record held by Codi Walker.
- Neuvirth's nine rebounds on Friday give her 908 in her career - 11th in MVC history and just 16 shy of the school record (924 by Pam Gradoville).
- Kelsey Woodard's three-pointer on Friday was her 187th career trey - tying Missy Miller for fourth in school history.
- Chevelle Herring is now tied with Kristi Woodard for 11th in school history with 132 career threes.
- Herring now owns the school record for three-point attempts in a career in MVC Tournament play. She has attempted 41 three-pointers in nine career MVC postseason games, surpassing the former mark of 36 set by Christy Neneman.
- Creighton has not had more than seven turnovers in any of its last three games, averaging just 6.7 turnovers per game in its last three.
Against the Shockers
- Creighton is 28-18 all-time against Wichita State, including 2-1 in the MVC Tournament.
- Creighton swept the season series from Wichita State this year, winning 89-48 in Omaha on Jan. 7 and 58-48 in Wichita on Feb. 7.
- Creighton's 41-point win over Wichita State in January was its largest MVC win in school history and the largest margin of victory under Jim Flanery.
- The Bluejays defeated Wichita State in the quarterfinals of last year's MVC Tournament, 49-41, exactly one year ago.

- In Wichita, the Bluejays made 9-of-18 three-pointers and 22-of-44 shots in the 58-48 win. Neuvirth posted a double-double with 18 points and 10 rebounds in the road win.
- Neuvirth averaged 17 points, 7.5 rebounds and 3.5 assists per game vs. WSU this year.
- Both Neuvirth and Schuett shot 4-of-6 (.667) from three-point range against WSU this year.
- On the season, CU shot 57.4 percent (54-94) from the field and 53.3 percent (16-30) from three-point range against the Shockers.
