The goal marked DeJulio's second in his career – both game winners.
Drake (8-6-3) kept the match at a one-goal game entering halftime. Creighton outshot Drake 6-2 in the first 45 and attempted three corner kicks to two for the Bulldogs.
The Jays scored again in the 57th minute as sophomore Christian Blandon sent a ball into the goal from left to right after assists by junior Jose Ribas and Pitter. The score was Blandon's third this season.
