Men's Tennis Adds Zack Maline

Maline is a three-star recruit from California
OMAHA, Neb. -- Creighton men's tennis head coach Tom Lilly announced the addition of Zack Maline from Orange County, California.
"I am excited to become a Bluejay this fall," Maline said. "I love the campus and all of the guys. I believe I can truly grow here at Creighton."
Maline is listed as a three-star recruit according to TennisRecruiting.net. He earned All-Trinity League honors three times in singles and reached the league finals as a junior while playing for Santa Margarita Catholic High School. Maline held an 18-0 mark this season before his senior season ended.Â
Additionally, the Orange Country native earned the Claremont Tennis Open Division Championship in 2018.Â
"Zack is a great person and student first," head coach Tom Lilly said. "We feel he will be a great asset on the court for us as well. He has a strong work ethic and continues to improve his game. We are excited to have him join the Bluejay tennis family."
