Bluejay Women's Basketball's Full Schedule Announced

Omaha, Neb. -- The full schedule for Creighton Women's Basketball's 2021-22 season was officially released on Friday, October 1st, including most start times and TV designations.
Reviewing the non-conference schedule the Bluejays host Wayne State in its exhibition contest on Nov. 3 at 5:00 pm. During the month of November Creighton travels to Drake (Nov. 10 at 6:00 pm) and to Nebraska (Nov. 17, TBD). The Bluejays host Omaha (Nov. 13 at 1:00 pm), South Dakota State (Nov. 21 at 7:00 pm) and Northern Iowa (Nov. 27 at 1:00 pm).
The BIG EAST season begins at home on the first weekend of December as Georgetown (Dec. 3, TBD) and Villanova (Dec. 5 at 1:00 pm) come to D.J. Sokol Arena. Throughout the month Creighton intermingles conference and non-conference contests. The Bluejays host Arizona State (Dec. 12 at 1:00 pm) and South Dakota (Dec. 16, TBD), then travel to Providence (Dec. 19 at 12:00 pm), Arkansas (Dec. 21, TBD) before closing out the month and year at Butler on Dec. 31 at 1:00 pm.
The onset of 2022 brings Creighton firmly into BIG EAST play. The Bluejays road contests take Creighton to Xavier (Jan. 2 at 1:00 pm), Connecticut (Jan. 9 at 12:00 pm), Georgetown (Jan. 21 at 6:00 pm) and Villanova (Jan. 23 at 12:00 pm). Creighton hosts Marquette (Jan. 7 at 6:30 pm), Seton Hall (Jan. 14 at 6:30 pm), St. John's (Jan. 16 at 1:00 pm) and Providence (Jan. 28 at 6:30 pm).
February marks the end of the regular season and will begin with BIG EAST favorite Connecticut making its second trip to Omaha on Feb. 2 (6:30 pm). The Bluejays continue a challenging stretch of games at DePaul on Feb. 4 (7:00 pm) and at Marquette on Feb. 6 (1:00 pm). Three of Creighton's final five BIG EAST games come in Omaha against Xavier (Feb. 11 at 6:30 pm), Butler for the annual Pink Out on Feb. 13 at 1:00 pm and against DePaul in the regular season finale on Feb. 27 at 11 am. The Bluejays' final two road games come at St. John's (Feb. 18 at 6:00 pm) and at Seton Hall (Feb. 20 at 12:00 pm).
Creighton will play four games on national television during the regular season as both meetings with Connecticut will be available on SNY, while the Bluejays game at Marquette (Feb. 6) and home finale with DePaul (Feb. 27) will be broadcast on FS1.
All remaining home games as well as BIG EAST road contests will be streamed via the BIG EAST Digital Network and FloSports.
