Bluejay Women's Basketball Signs Mckayla Miller for 2023-24

Omaha, Neb. -- Creighton women's basketball head coach Jim Flanery announced the signing of McKayla Miller on the first day of the fall signing period, Wednesday, November 9.
Millier is a 6'1 guard from Cimmarron High School in Cimmarron, Kansas. Already a two-time All-GWAC (Great West Activities Conference) First Team selection, she earned Wichita Eagle All-State honors during her sophomore and junior seasons as well. McKayla led her squad in points, rebounds, steals, blocks and assists in each of the last three seasons. Miller was named a Kansas 3A Player of the Year finalist and to the All-State First Team following the 2021-22 season by Sports in Kansas. Prep Hoops ranks Miller as the top player in her position and the second ranked player in Kansas. Last season she averaged 17.6 ppg with over eight rebounds and three assists per game.
"McKayla is another in our line of hybrid players that are multi-skilled," said Flanery. "She can post-up, but also face up to pass or score and can shoot the three as well."
