Bluejay WBB Returns to AP Poll For First Time Since Preseason

New York, N.Y. -- Victories in 11 of the past 12 games have pushed Creighton Women's Basketball back into the AP Poll for the first time since mid October as the Bluejays were slotted No. 24 in the poll, released on Monday, February 10.
With a record of 20-4 the Bluejays have also amassed an 12-1 mark in BIG EAST play. Creighton is 7-0 in BIG EAST road games, including a 70-57 win at Villanova on Saturday, February 8. The Bluejays' lone loss in the last 12 games came against No. 6 Connecticut (72-61) on Jan. 25.
Creighton returns to action on Saturday, February 15 as the Bluejays host Georgetown during Creighton's senior day at D.J. Sokol Arena with a 3:00 p.m. tip. The game will be broadcast on CBSSN.
