Quartet of Bluejay WBB Earn CSC Academic All-District Honors

Omaha, Neb. -- The quartet of Grace Boffeli, Elizabeth Gentry, Allison Heathcock and Kennedy Townsend were each recognized by College Sports Communicators (CSC) receiving Academic All-District Honors on Tuesday, March 24.
A graduate transfer from Northern Iowa, Boffeli earned a 4.0 during her first semester at Creighton and graduated from UNI with a 3.85. On the court this season Grace earned All-BIG EAST Honorable Mention as she led Creighton with 269 rebounds. That total ranks third in Bluejay single-season history. She was second in the BIG EAST with 8.7 rpg and also delivered 286 points (9.2 ppg). Boffeli closed the season leading Creighton in scoring five times this season and led the Bluejays in rebounding in 20 contests.
In her sophomore campaign, Gentry boasts a 3.91 cumulative GPA with a major in marketing. Gentry appeared in 30 games this season, including 13 starts. She logged 455 minutes, closing the season with 142 points and 73 rebounds.
Fellow sophomore Heathcock delivered a 3.94 GPA over two years with a major in accounting and finance. Moving into the starting lineup this season, Allison started every game for Creighton in 2025-26. She delivered 225 points and 138 rebounds in 895 minutes
One of Creighton's senior leaders on and off the court, Townsend shined in every manner. She boasts a cumulative 3.82 GPA over her four seasons as a Bluejay with a focus in accounting and finance. Kennedy closed the season with 362 points, 118 rebounds and 67 assists. She led Creighton in scoring in nine games, including 30 points at Georgetown on Dec. 28, 2025 and 23 points versus Villanova on Feb. 15, 2026.
