Season Ticket Policies
Season ticket holders have the first right of refusal of their current seat location before seats become available to any other ticket purchasers. In order to retain seat locations, orders must be received by the set season ticket deadline listed on the renewal form/invoice. This deadline is placed so we will know which seats can be offered to season ticket holders requesting a new seating location or to new season ticket holders. All season tickets are property of Creighton ATO and are subject to revoking or relocation of tickets per decision determined by the Creighton ATO.
- Season tickets can be renewed online through your My Creighton AccountManager (GoCreighton.com/MyAccount), by mail with the renewal form, or over the phone at 402-280-JAYS (5297). Please call if assistance is needed with the online renewal process
- Payment for tickets can be made by cash, check (payable to Creighton Athletics), or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express)
- All season ticket orders will be subject to a processing fee
Men's Basketball Priority Point Ranking
New for the 2025-26 men's basketball season are Priority Points. Priority Points have no monetary value and are utilized along with Jaybacker Level to determine a donor rank for benefit allocation purposes. For benefits such as parking, postseason ticket requests, etc., allocation will be based on a donor rank first by Champions Circle/Jaybacker Level, then within each level, by Priority Point total.
All season ticket holders - those with lower bowl seats, upper bowl seats or those with both as well as first-time season ticket purchasers or multi-year purchasers - are given a ranking based on point accumulation. Priority Points will be calculated utilizing the following criteria:
- 1 point for every $100 previously donated to Creighton Athletics until 2018
- 1 point for every $100 donated to Jaybackers since 2018.
- 2 points for every $100 donated to other Athletic Gifts since 2018 (Other Sport-Specific programs, Endowment, Capitial, etc.)
- 1 point for every $1,000 donated to Non-Athletics giving to Creighton University (All-Time).
- 1 point for each Season Ticket Purchased since 2003 (MBB, WBB, VB, BB, MSOC, WSOC).
- 25 points for being a Creighton University Alum (One-Time).
- 25 points for being a former Creighton Unviersity Student-Athlete (One-Time).
- 25 points for any Athletics planned gift on file (One-Time).
For any questions regarding the Priority Point System, please contact the Creighton University Ticket Office.
