Download the GoCreighton App from the Apple Store (iPhone) or Google Play Store (Android) to utilize your mobile tickets for entry.

View your Tickets in the GoCreighton App or add to Apple Wallet or Google Pay to gain access to the CHI Health Center Omaha directly through your phone.
Not able to make it to the game? Transfer your ticket(s) to a friend and/or family member through the GoCreighton app.

LOGIN

STEP 1 Open the GOCREIGHTON app on your device. Tap the menu in the upper left corner.	STEP 2 Select MyCreighton Account.	STEP 3 Login using the email and password associated with your season ticket account. *If you cannot remember your password tap "Forgot password" to reset.

VIEW TICKETS

STEP 1 Tap your event to display your seats. Each game will show all relevant game information and number of tickets available.	STEP 2 Tap ADD TO APPLE WALLET.	STEP 3 Tap ADD JUST THIS TICKET or ADD ALL TICKETS. Reminder, screenshots will not be valid for entry

STEP 4 Your ticket(s) are now in your Apple Wallet. Tap DONE or if you wish to remove your ticket tap the menu in the upper right corner and tap REMOVE PASS.

TRANSFER TICKETS

STEP 1 Tap your event to display your seats.	STEP 2 Tap TRANSFER at the bottom of the screen.	STEP 3 Select the seats you wish to transfer. Tap TRANSFER TO in the lower right corner.

STEP 4 Tickets can be sent by text message or email. Tap SELECT FROM CONTACTS or MANUALLY ENTER RECIPIENT.	STEP 5 Enter first name, last name and email or mobile phone number for the person you are sending your tickets to. Tap TRANSFER in the lower right corner.	STEP 6 A summary of your transfer is displayed.

Resell Tickets
Step 1 Tap your event to display your tickets.	Step 2 Tap Sell at the bottom of the screen.	Step 3 Select which tickets you would like to sell and hit continue.

Step 4 Fill in all information fields to setup your seller profile. Select continue at the bottom of the screen.	Step 5 Price your listing and then set the time span you want them available. Select list ticket to continue.	Step 6 Fill out your information to receive payment and select list ticket.

ACCEPT TICKETS

STEP 1 When someone transfers tickets to you, you will receive an email. Tap "Accept Tickets."	STEP 2 Sign in to your MyCreighton Account using your email address and password, or create an account if you do not have one. The email address the tickets were sent to must match the email address on your MyCreighton Account	STEP 3 Once you have logged in, you have accepted the tickets.

STEP 4 Please see steps 2-4 in View Tickets to claim your tickets.
