Creighton University strongly supports student-athletes pursuing NIL activities in alignment with both the NCAA policy and the Creighton NIL policy. NIL activity includes any activity in which a student-athlete’s NIL is used for endorsement or promotional purposes, including use by the individual student-athlete, an individual other than the student-athlete, a commercial entity or a nonprofit or charitable entity.
NAME, IMAGE & LIKENESS
Creighton University supports student-athletes receiving compensation for the use of their name, image and likeness outside of official team activities in accordance with the guidelines below. Please note that Creighton’s NIL policy is a working policy in a rapidly evolving area and as such will be subject to ongoing review and revision as circumstances, laws and regulations change. Changes will be communicated through the Creighton Athletics Compliance Office.
