Host & Venue FAQ
- Fans may sign up at NCAA.com/MBBTickets to receive an email with ticket purchase information during the exclusive presale in October and November.
- Tickets go on sale to the general public Monday, October 5, 2026.
- Fans may purchase NCAA Fan Experience official ticket and hospitality packages beginning in mid-August at NCAA.com/VIP through On Location, the Official Ticket and Hospitality Provider of the NCAA.
- Every person over the age of 2 must have a ticket to be admitted to the 2027 NCAA Division I Men's Basketball Championship. No exit and reentry to the facility will be permitted.
- Tickets may not be returned, refunded or exchanged. If a fan is no longer able to use their tickets, the Official NCAA Ticket Exchange will allow fans to sell their tickets online in a convenient, safe and 100% guaranteed environment. The NCAA Ticket Exchange will become available to fans in October 2026.
- Fans may purchase up to 8 all-session tickets, subject to availability. If you require special seating under the Americans with Disabilities Act, we are happy to accommodate your needs. Ticket holders requiring special access (e.g., individuals who are disabled and/or need special seating) can purchase tickets at time of sales on same link as general public based on availability.
On Location is the Official Ticket and Hospitality Provider of the NCAA and manages the Fan Experience hospitality for seven different championships including NCAA Men’s and Women’s Final Four®, March Madness®, Wrestling, and the Men’s and Women’s College World Series®. Official ticket and hospitality packages include premium game tickets and access to hospitality which may include food and beverages, private club access pregame and throughout game play, NCAA basketball legend appearances and interviews, and more. What is the Official NCAA Ticket Exchange?

The Official NCAA Ticket Exchange allows fans to buy and sell official tickets online to every round of the 2027 NCAA Division I Men's Basketball Championship and the NCAA Final Four, in a convenient, safe, and 100% guaranteed environment. Ticket holders who are unable to attend games have a place to safely sell their tickets, and the buyer, in turn, can be assured that the tickets are authentic and 100% guaranteed.
