2018-19 (Junior):
Olivia appeared in 25 contests, starting six as a junior .. She collected 182 points and 73 rebounds ... Elger made her 2018-19 debut at South Dakota State, scoring 11 points, all in the fourth quarter on Nov. 15 ... Making her first start of the season, Olivia scored 10 points at Northern Iowa on Nov. 20 ... Elger delivered her best game of the season with 16 points and seven rebounds to help the Bluejays best Nebraska, 74-65, on Dec. 2 ... Olivia scored 11 of her 14 points in the second half to help the Bluejays best No. 19 DePaul on Dec. 29 in Chicago ... Elger posted 11 points on 4-of-9 from the field two days later against No. 20 Marquette ... Elger led the Bluejays with 17 points at Georgetown on Feb. 1 ... On the floor for a career-high 40 minutes, Elger delivered 12 points and seven rebounds in Creighton’s double overtime battle with Villanova on Feb. 3 ... After being sidelined by a bone chip following the game with the Shockers, Elger shined in her return to D.J. Sokol Arena, on Dec. 15 against South Dakota State by setting career-highs in points (21) and field goals attempted (15) ... Olivia continued to excel with 20 points against No. 13 Florida State on Dec. 21 ... Olivia delivered 14 of her 16 points in the second half to help secure a 68-51 win at Seton Hall on Jan. 2 ... Olivia dropped in 16 points against St. John’s on Jan. 26 to lift the Bluejays to a 53-39 win ... Two days later Elger finished with 17 points against Seton Hall in an 81-64 overtime win ... Olivia was critical to Creighton’s surge to close the first half, cutting a nine-point deficit to two at the break versus Xavier on Feb. 16, with 11 of her 12 points in the opening half ... Elger opened the season with the intent to redshirt, but injuries forced the Illinois native into action ... She saw time in 20 contests, playing a combined 113 minutes ... Elger appeared in her first game at Kansas (Dec. 2) ... Olivia’s first points as a Bluejay came in Creighton’s 69-46 win over Nebraska-Omaha on Dec. 20 as she delivered four points and two assists ... Elger was 1-for-2 with four points and a season-best three assists in the Bluejays’ 74-47 win over Xavier on Jan. 8 ... Olivia finished with six points on 2-of-3 shooting from beyond the arc, dished out one assist and nabbed her first steal in Creighton’s 77-49 win over Butler on Jan. 10 ... Playing against No. 24 DePaul, Elger raised her season-high to seven points, going 3-of-4 from the charity stripe and 2-for-4 from the field .. Olivia continued to grow into her role as Creighton’s reserve point guard, grabbing four rebounds in nine minutes at Marquette on Jan. 24.
