• Ballenger’s 299 kills ranked third on the team, trailing only All-Americans Taryn Kloth (490) and Jaali Winters (451).
• Recognized as BIG EAST Offensive Player of the Week (Sept. 4) after being named MVP of the SMU DoubleTree Classic (Sept. 1) and averaging 3.44 kills per set on .529 hitting in three sweeps.
• In BIG EAST play, ranked sixth in hitting percentage and eighth in blocks per set.
• Opened her junior season with three straight matches of 10 or more kills at the Trojan Invitational (Aug. 24-25).

• Averaged 2.32 kills and 0.78 blocks per set on .304 hitting, starting 32-of-33 contests.
• Also served up 11 aces.
• Was ninth in the BIG EAST in hitting percentage, 15th in blocks per set, 23rd in points per set and 24th in kills per set.
• Split time between middle blocker and right-side hitter, but made a start at setter on Sept. 22 vs. Georgetown with Lydia Dimke sidelined.
• Made collegiate setting debut on Sept. 22 vs. Georgetown, finishing with 23 assists, eight kills and four digs as CU hit .446, which is CU’s fifth-best hitting percentage ever for a match.
• Named to Husky Invitational All-Tournament Team after averaging 2.20 kills and 1.00 blocks per set on .349 hitting (Aug. 26).
• Named to Shocker Volleyball Classic All-Tournament Team after averaging 3.11 kills on .357 hitting in two matches (Sept. 17).
• Opened season with 10 kills on .562 hitting vs. Saint Mary’s (Aug. 25).
• Hit .500 with 11 kills vs. No. 18 USC (Sept. 2).

2016: Freshman at Creighton
• Started 29-of-34 matches played, leading the team with 39 aces and contributing 1.61 kills, 1.37 digs and 0.69 blocks per set.
• Led the BIG EAST in aces (39), was second in aces per set (0.36) and ranked 17th in hitting percentage (.279).
• League’s only player to earn three BIG EAST Freshman of the Week honors in 2016, doing so on Sept. 12, Sept. 19 and Oct. 31.
• Redshirt freshman who made her collegiate debut on Aug. 27 vs. Wichita State with two digs on the only point she played.
• Saw significant action a day later, finishing with five blocks, four digs, two aces and two kills in win at Iowa State (Aug. 28).
• Made her first career start vs. Northern Iowa (Sept. 2), recording 11 kills, six digs and two aces.
• Had a season-high with 14 kills and added nine digs at USC (Sept. 3).

2015: Redshirted at Creighton
• Battled injury in the preseason and redshirted.
• Named to Creighton’s Dean’s List, in addition to the BIG EAST’s All-Academic Team.
Ankeny High School
• Averaged 4.31 kills and 3.39 digs while adding 68 blocks and 53 aces as a senior.
• 2014-15 Under Armour and AVCA Honorable Mention All-American.
• Senior-year team was ranked fifth in state in final regular-season poll, finished 35-8, and reached state tournament quarterfinals.
• At state tournament, ranked second in kills per set (trailing only Jaali Winters), third in blocks per set and tied for eighth in aces.
• Ranked first among all 5A players in Iowa in kills per set while ranking seventh in blocks, seventh in digs and sixth in aces.
• Three-time All-Central Iowa Metro League Elite team pick, as named by the Des Moines Register.
• Earned Central Iowa Metropolitan League All-Academic recognition all four seasons.
• Set a single-season school record with 514 kills as a junior, when she averaged 4.85 kills and 2.92 digs per set, while contributing 63 aces and 61 blocks.
• Was named to Des Moines Register Elite Team three times, and named Des Moines Register Player of the Year as a sophomore and junior.
• Finished prep career with school records for career kills (1,491), blocks (314), aces (197) and attack attempts (3367) while adding 1,126 digs.
• Three-time First Team All-State, all-district and all-conference.
• Played club volleyball for All Iowa Attack, where she was a teammate of former Bluejay All-American Jaali Winters.
• Was named to the USAV 16 American Division All-Tournament Team and was USAV 18 National Division Tournament MVP as her All Iowa Attack team won title both years.
