Brian Kooienga is in his seventh year with the Creighton men’s basketball program, and third as the team’s graduate manager.
In that role, Kooienga assists in any and all daily operations for the team, while also overseeing the undergraduate managers.
The Urbandale, Iowa, native, worked the previous four seasons with the program while completing his marketing and finance undergraduate degrees at Creighton. He is currently studying to complete his master’s degree at Creighton.
His work in 2009-10 was recognized when he was named one of the Athletic Department’s Student Employees of the Year.
