Creighton Men's Tennis Signs #2 Iowa Recruit to Play in 2009-10

Omaha, Neb. ? The Creighton men's tennis team announced Wednesday it has received a signed National Letter of Intent from Sean Mathison to play in the 2009-10 season.
Mathison is listed as the #2 recruit in Iowa and #11 in the Great Plains region according to TennisRecruiting.net.
“Sean will come here and make an immediate impact for us,” Creighton head coach Tom Lilly said. “He is a talented player that excels in both singles and doubles and I am pleased to know that he has chosen Creighton over many other schools.”
Mathison, who is from Cedar Rapids, Iowa, was the Iowa State High School Champion as a junior. He is currently a senior at Xavier High School.
