OMAHA, Neb. -- Creighton University has announced that it will tip-off at 2:05 pm against Bradley on February 27 in the regular-season men's basketball finale for both schools.
Additionally, local CBS affiliate KMTV will air the game in Omaha, with Travis Justice and Nick Bahe on the call.
The Missouri Valley Conference released the game for local television coverage earlier on Friday when it selected two other games as part of the "MVC TV Wildcard" package. It will air the Illinois State at Northern Iowa game at 7 pm on ESPN2, and the Southern Illinois at Wichita State contest on Fox Sports Net at noon.
Seniors Justin Carter, Chad Millard and Cavel Witter will be honored following the Bradley game as part of Creighton's Senior Day festivities. The last time the Bluejays hosted Bradley on Senior Day in 2008, Witter poured in a Qwest Center Omaha record 42 points in a thrilling 111-110 double-overtime Creighton victory.
Currently in third place in the Missouri Valley Conference, Creighton returns to action on Saturday night with a 7:05 pm game at Missouri State. That game can be heard on KXSP (Big Sports 590 AM) and will also be televised by KMTV.
