Works Beats Shot Clock, Again
Sophomore Lauren Works is building a reputation. In the 88-81 win at South Dakota State on Nov. 18, Works drained a three-pointer from NBA range as the shot clock hit zero midway through the second period.
Works did the exact same thing twice last season banking in a trey as the shot clock expired on Nov. 17 (at Kansas) and banking in another Dec. 19 (vs. Oregon State).
