The Bluejays held a 22-5 shot advantage, but dropped their first BIG EAST match of the season, 1-0 at Villanova on Saturday afternoon.Â
Creighton remained in first place in the BIG EAST standings with 13 points, one point ahead of Butler and Providence.
Riggs Lennon leads Creighton with nine goals, while Noah Franke has a team-high six assists. The Bluejays average 1.79 goals  and 16.9 shots per match.Â
Creighton has had 10 different players score at least one goal, and five have converted two or more.
