Rowing Claims Eight CRCA Scholar-Athlete Awards

Omaha, Neb. -- Eight members of the 2020 Rowing team earned a spot on the Collegiate Rowing Coaches Associations (CRCA) Scholar-Athlete Team. Collected the honor for the Bluejays this season were sophomore Karen Crouch, senior Alissa Dolan, sophomore Ally Einbeck, junior Katie Graham, sophomore Destiny Jordan, sophomore Gretchen Strobbe, sophomore Kollyn Weimer and sophomore Eliana Wright.
Dolan and Graham have won the honor multiple times, with Dolan earning the award in each of the last three seasons. Graham, meanwhile, is a back-to-back recipient.
To qualify for this honor a student-athlete must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.5 or above for their career, and through the fall semester or quarter for the current competition year. In addition the student-athlete must be in at least her second year of eligibility and must be ranked performance-wise in the top 50% of their team.
