Snow and Extreme Cold Cancels Two Matches for Women's Soccer

Omaha, Neb. -- Due to persistent snowy conditions and extreme cold, the Blue-White Scrimmage (Feb. 13) as well as the season opening match (Feb. 18) versus Missouri State (scheduled for a neutral site in Kansas City) have been cancelled.
The season opening match has now been pushed to a road contest against Missouri on Feb. 25 at 3:00 pm (CT).
Creighton's home opening match remains as an exhibition contest on Feb. 28 against Minnesota State-Mankato at 2:00 pm, while the regular season opener is slated for March 7 against Xavier at 1:00 pm.
