OMAHA, Neb. -- The Creighton Volleyball team remained 23rd in this week's AVCA Top 25 poll after posting a pair of wins vs. DePaul over the weekend.

The Bluejays are 6-2 this season and 3-1 in BIG EAST action heading into a pair of contests this weekend at Butler. Friday's match starts at 5 p.m. Central before a rematch on Saturday at 3 p.m. Central from Hinkle Fieldhouse.

This week marks the 62nd consecutive week the Bluejays have been ranked when eligible, the nation's ninth-longest active streak. The Bluejays have now been ranked in 76 all-time polls, and every poll since Oct. 31, 2016. CU's all-time best ranking in program history is No. 7, which came in the poll released on Aug. 28, 2017.

Creighton is the only BIG EAST teams that are ranked this week, as Marquette (9-3, 4-2 BIG EAST) dropped out after splitting two matches at Butler last weekend.

Creighton is also one of five schools to be ranked in the top-25 in both the Associated Press men's basketball poll and the AVCA women's volleyball poll this week, joining Baylor, Texas, Ohio State and Purdue.
