
Nelson Pouliot Named Director of Corporate Partnerships

OMAHA, Neb. -- Nelson Pouliot was named Creighton's Director of Corporate Partnerships, McCormick Endowed Athletic Director Marcus Blossom announced on Monday, Oct. 24. Pouliot has spent the previous four years at Creighton working in Athletic Development.
As the Associate Director of Athletic Development for Creighton since 2018, he was part of a development team that raised over $30 million in gift revenue supporting various strategic priorities. He was responsible for facilitating all stages of the donor engagement process, bringing in $2.1 Million Dollars in new cash/commitments during his four years at Creighton. He also helped plan and execute philanthropic and alumni events and collaborate with head coaches to develop fundraising efforts for their programs while serving on a team that secured the highest giving total in CU Athletics history. Â
Prior to his arrival at Creighton, Pouliot served as Director of the Phoenix Fund at the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay. He also has worked at Oral Roberts (2015-17) as the Executive Director of the Golden Eagle Club and Oakland University (2012-15) in multiple roles.Â
He will retain some Athletic Development responsibilities until a replacement is found.
