Bluejay Baseball Announces 2023 Schedule

Omaha, Neb. -- Creighton Baseball head coach Ed Servais officially unveiled the Bluejays' 2023 schedule on Monday, November 7.
The Bluejays open the season with 10 consecutive road games, starting with a three game series at McNeese State (February 17-19). Creighton heads to South Carolina for a series at Coastal Carolina (February 24-26).
Creighton travels across the country the following weekend for a series at Cal State Northridge (March 3-5), then returns to Omaha for a game at crosstown rival Omaha on March 7.
The 27-game home schedule opens on March 9 against BYU, the Cougars face Creighton in a three-game set from March 9-11. The homestand continues with a single game against Kansas State (March 15), then MVC rival Wichita State comes to Charles Schwab Park Omaha (March 17-19).
The month of March wraps up with a home game against Nebraska (March 21), a three-game series at Minnesota (March 24-26) and at Kansas (March 29). Creighton's final three-game non-conference series bring St. Thomas back to Omaha for three-games (March 31-April 2).
Creighton's BIG EAST schedule brings Villanova (April 6-8) and St. John's (April 21-23) to Omaha in April, while the Bluejays go to Georgetown (April 14-16) and Butler (April 28-30). Between the series with the Red Storm and Bulldogs, Creighton has two-game home set with UNLV (April 25-26).
May is likely to decide the BIG EAST regular season champion as Xavier (May 5-7) and Connecticut (May 18-20) come to Charles Schwab Park Omaha. In addition, the Bluejays have home games with Nebraska (May 9) and Omaha (May 16) and travel to New Jersey to face Seton Hall (May 12-14).
The BIG EAST Championships return to Mason, Ohio (May 25-28), while the NCAA Tournament begins in early June.
