Eleanor Hudepohl Recognized as BIG EAST Women's Golfer of the Week

Junior earned 11th straight top-15 finish on Monday.
OMAHA, Neb. -- For the second time this fall and fourth time in her career, Creighton women's golf standout Eleanor Hudepohl has been named BIG EAST Golfer of the Week.
Hudepohl tied for third place to lead the Bluejays to an eighth-place finish at the rain-shortened Big O Classic earlier this week.
Hudepohl, who won the event last year, continued her dominance in the event with a tie for third place following rounds of 73 and 77. The junior has now finished in the top-13 in each of her last 11 events. Her first round 73 was the Cincinnati native's 11th career round of par or better, extending her own program record.
The junior owns a 72.50 scoring average and has shot par or better in 5-of-8 rounds this fall.

The Bluejays return to the course next Monday for the Loyola Parkinson Family Invitational in the Chicago suburb of Libertyville, Ill.
