Creighton Athletics Partners With Vet Tix and 1st Tix

OMAHA, Neb. – The Creighton University Athletic Department has partnered with Vet Tix and 1st Tix to provide complimentary event tickets for military members and first responders, respectively.

This new partnership allows Creighton fans who are unable to use their tickets to athletic events including upcoming men's and women's basketball games to donate tickets to Vet Tix. To transfer tickets fans can use the Ticketmaster Account Manager page at http://am.ticketmaster.com/Creighton/my-events, then select the event to donate tickets for.

Vet Tix is a program that provides complimentary tickets to all military members and veterans of the U.S. military, as well as immediate family members of service members killed in action. Vet Tix provides tickets to events that reduce stress, strengthen family bonds, build life-long memories, and encourage service members and veterans to stay engaged with local communities and American life.

The 1st Tix program, powered by Vet Tix, provides complimentary tickets to those currently serving and retired law enforcement officers, firefighters, EMTs, nurses and 911 dispatchers.

Tickets will be distributed to veterans, currently serving members of the military and their families, and first responders via both VetTix.org and 1stTix.org. Military members, veterans, and first responders interested in the program can sign up at their respective sites.
