
Brittany Harshaw Earns BIG EAST Freshman of the Week

In 12 minutes off the bench, Harshaw was a perfect 5-for-5 from the field, including a trio from three. The Kansas native also went 1-for-1 at the free throw line and snagged a rebound in the Bluejays' record-tying win over UNI, matching the program record for points scored in regulation with 115.
Harshaw and the Bluejays return to action on Sunday, December 10 in a road game at Wyoming with a 2:00 p.m. (CT) scheduled tip.

BIG EAST Player of the Week - Lucy Olsen, Villanova, Jr., G
Olsen reached the 30-point mark in both games last week, averaging a league-best 31.5 points in a win over Richmond and two-point setback at Columbia. Against the Spiders Olsen tallied 30 points, four assists and three steals. She followed that with 33 points off 60-percent shooting, four rebounds and six assists against the Lions. Olsen remains the BIG EAST's top scorer at 26.0 points per game.
