Creighton men's basketball will open tourney vs. Loyola (Chicago)
KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Semifinal round matchups have been finalized for the 2023 Hall of Fame Classic, scheduled for November 22-23 in Kansas City. All Hall of Fame Classic games will take place at T-Mobile Center and will be televised live nationally on CBS Sports Network.
The first semifinal on Nov. 22 (12:30 p.m. CT) will feature Boston College against Colorado State in a battle of ACC and Mountain West teams. Boston College will be coming off its best record since 2017-18, while Colorado State has amassed four 20-win seasons since 2016-17.
The day's second semifinal (3:00 p.m. CT) will pit Creighton versus Loyola (Chicago) in a Big East-Atlantic 10 showdown. Creighton made a run to last season's Elite Eight, and Loyola (Chicago) has reached three NCAA Tournaments since 2018.
The Hall of Fame Classic championship round on Nov. 23 will then feature the consolation game at 12:30 p.m. CT followed by the championship game at 3:00 p.m. CT.
Tickets for the 2023 Hall of Fame Classic will be available soon via the T-Mobile Center box office and t-mobilecenter.com.
