Men's Soccer Signs Ismael Reyes for 2024

Omaha, Neb. -- Creighton head coach Johnny Torres announced a fifth addition to the incoming class of 2024 as Ismael Reyes (Oklahoma City, Okla.) joins the quarter of Aaron Deppe (Coopersville, Mich.), Brian Edelman (Warren, N.J.), Matthew Hudson (Marion, Iowa) and Santiago Marín Gutierrez (Heredia, Costa Rica).

Despite hailing from Oklahoma, Reyes attends Stattuck St. Mary's School in Faribault, Minn. The midfielder was elevated from the U17 team to the U19 last season. He logged 1,425 minutes with three goals and four assists with the U17 and notched one goal and six assists in 668 minutes with U19. This season he has five goals and six assists in 13 contests with the U19 squad.

"We are thrilled on the addition of Reyes to our soccer family," stated Torres. "With a dynamic, creative blend of skill, and a nose for goal and assists, we are confident he will bring opportunity in our attack. Reyes is another person that we look to contribute in the classroom and in our community, which is very important at our program!"
