Men’s Tennis Announces 2025 Spring Schedule

OMAHA, Neb. – Creighton men's tennis head coach Gerhard Posch officially announced the Bluejays 2025 spring schedule on Wednesday, Nov. 6.
The Bluejays are slated to compete in 26 matches, hosting eight at the Hanscom Tennis Center and four at the Koch Family Tennis Center. Three of Creighton's matchups also feature teams who finished last season ranked in the year-end Intercollegiate Tennis Association rankings.
Creighton is slated the spring season at home with a doubleheader on Jan. 18 against Saint Louis and Doane, before traveling to California for a match with UNLA on Monday, Jan. 20. The Bluejays will then return to the Midwest to battle Gustavus Adolphus on Jan. 25 in St. Peter's, Minn.
The month of February will see the Bluejays play six of their seven match from within the friendly confines of the Hanscom Tennis Center. The homestand begins on Feb. 1 with a doubleheader against Pratt Community College and Midland. The Jays' will then travel east on I-80 to battle former Missouri Valley Conference rival Drake on Feb. 8, before returning home to face Nebraska-Kearney on Feb. 11.
The Bluejays will open BIG EAST play against St. John's on Feb. 15, while a matchup against Butler looms on Feb. 16. Creighton will close out February with a contest against crosstown rival Omaha, before opening March with a doubleheader at in-state rival Nebraska on March 2.
The Bluejays will then hit the road for spring break, traveling to Los Angeles to battle Cal Poly on March 11 and UC Santa Barbara on March 12. Creighton will then fly to the Windy City for a pair BIG EAST matches against DePaul (March 14) and Georgetown (March 15).
The White and the Blue return to Omaha on March 22 to battle Illinois State, before matching up against Marquette on March 28. The Bluejays will close out the home portion of their schedule with a pair of contests against North Dakota on March 29 and Weber State on March 30.
April begins with road contests at Bethel College on April 3, Wichita State on April 5 and a road match at Oral Roberts on April 5, before heading to Missouri to take on Washington University and Saint Louis in the regular season finale on April 13.
The BIG EAST Championships once again will take place in Cayce, S.C. on April 17-20.
All of the Bluejays' home matches will be open to the public with free admission.
