Bluejay Women's Basketball Remains in AP Poll at #23

Omaha, Neb. -- Coming off a 1-1 showing at the BIG EAST Tournament over the weekend, Creighton Women's Basketball (25-5) remained in the AP Poll for the for the 15th consecutive week, at No. 23 in the latest AP Poll released on Monday, March 11.
In the weekly NET rankings released by the NCAA, Creighton remained No. 24, while the USA Today/Coaches poll will be released on Tuesday, March 12. Last week Creighton was No. 18 in the USA Today/Coaches Poll.

Two BIG EAST teams remain in the AP Poll as Connecticut (28-5) leads the conference at No. 10, while the Bluejays are at No. 23.
The Bluejays have been in 17 of the 19 AP Polls this season and 18 of the 19 USA Today/Coaches polls.
Creighton will now wait for Sunday, March 17th to find out where in the NCAA Tournament the Bluejays will be sent.
