Keys to the Game
- Ball Control: The Bluejays gave up 12 points off of five turnovers in the first meeting. While five giveaways was limited, given that the Bluejays average 14 per game, taking care of the ball is critical.
- Keep Sa'mya Wyatt under control: Wyatt's 30 minutes on the floor amounted to 16 points when the teams first met in Dec., helping the Red Storm keep the game close. Wyatt took 13 shots in the first contest, so limiting Wyatt's touches this time around will help the Bluejays stay in control.
- Lock down the paint: Of St. John's 52 total points tallied in the first meeting., 30 came from inside the paint. To get the victory in the second meeting, the Bluejays must block lanes in the paint and reroute St. John's offense.
