- We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express for season and single-game ticket purchases.
- All children 3 and under do not need to purchase a ticket but must sit on the lap of a ticketed patron.
I am a season ticket holder but left them at home. What can I do?
- Ask for a Creighton Ticket Office representative at the Box Office to reprint your tickets. Appropriate identification will be required to reissue all tickets. Please note, reissuing tickets will invalidate the original set. Those using original tickets after the reprint will face ejection from the stadium.Tickets can also be managed on your iPhone or Android device by downloading the GoCreighton app and signing into your Creighton Ticketing account.
I am a season ticket holder but want to give my tickets to another person. What can I do?
- You are welcome to give your tickets to another person; however, season tickets can only be reprinted and left for pickup at Will Call under the same name of the primary account holder. You are also able to transfer your tickets through your GoCreighton app and signing into your Creighton Ticketing account.
What is a "General Admission" ticket?
- A general admission ticket allows the holder to sit in any section designated general admission. Seats within a general admission section are available on a first-come-first-serve, game-by-game basis.
What is "Will Call" and where is it located?
- Will Call is a designated area where tickets purchased in advance are available to be picked up the day of the event. For Will Call locations, please refer to the Creighton University Athletic Ticket Policies.
Why am I being charged a processing fee for my purchase?
- All fees are used to help assist the athletic department defray costs associated with ticket processing. Processing fees help cover the cost of online processing, mailing and postage and credit card transactions.
When do my season tickets get mailed out?
- Season tickets for all sports will be mailed out approximately one week before the first scheduled home game. Jaybacker materials for each sport including access passes and/or parking passes are digital and can be accessed in your GoCreighton Account. Please call the ticket office to confirm the mailing address on file if you do not receive your tickets.
Where can I find more information about the benefits associated with Jaybackers such as parking?
- Jaybackers is the fundraising arm of Creighton Athletics. All funds help the student athletes with travel, equipment, and necessities to aid their success. Parking benefits are structured at various levels as well as a number of additional benefits. More information can be found here.
Creighton University Ticket Certificate Frequently Asked Questions
I won a certificate at a fundraiser/auction for complimentary season tickets. What should I do?
- We strongly recommend making a copy of the certificate prior to sending it into the Creighton Ticket Office for your records. At this time, we do not send any confirmation when we receive these certificates.
When can I expect my tickets?
- Your tickets will be viewable in your GoCreighton Account at the time of single game sales.
Can I upgrade the certificate for better seats?
- While the certificate has a value associated with it for auction and/or fundraising purposes, it does not have any cash value and as such it cannot be upgraded.
Can I choose my seats for this certificate?
- Typically we assign locations for these certificates following the renewal of our current season ticket holders; however, you are welcome to include section requests.
I forgot to turn in the certificate by the date listed -- will you still honor the certificate?
- Yes -- simply place the certificate in the mail and we will honor it.
Creighton University Student Ticket Frequently Asked Questions
Do I get tickets to home athletic events?
- All full-time Creighton University students receive free tickets to any and all home athletic events when they present their valid student identification card. Students that are not enrolled full-time are not able to receive free tickets.
When and where do I go to get my ticket?
- All full-time Creighton University students can present their valid student identification card for free admission to the following events at the listed locations at the times indicated:
- Men's and Women's Soccer: Main west gate at Morrison Stadium beginning one hour prior to the game
- Volleyball: Northwest entrance to the Wayne and Eileen Ryan Athletic Center beginning one hour prior to the game
- Men's Basketball: Window located at the CHI Health Center Omaha Box Office beginning 90 minutes prior to the game
- Women's Basketball: Northwest entrance to the Wayne and Eileen Ryan Athletic Center beginning one hour prior to the game
- Baseball: Window located at the Charles Schwab Field Omaha Box Office beginning one hour prior to the game
Do I have to sit in an assigned seat?
- No. The student sections at Morrison Stadium, D.J. Sokol Arena, Kitty Gaughan, CHI Health Center Omaha, and Charles Schwab Field Omaha are all General Admission.
Can I get a ticket in the student section for my friend or family member?
- No. Only full-time Creighton University students can receive complimentary tickets in the student sections. Tickets in the student sections are not available for purchase.
Creighton University Faculty/Staff Ticket Frequently Asked Questions
Do I get a discount on season tickets?
- Yes. All eligible Creighton University faculty and staff receive a 20% discount on two (2) season tickets. Any additional season tickets are able to be purchased at regular price. Please note, Creighton University Human Resources will be referenced to confirm the eligibility of receiving the discount.
How can I pay for my season tickets as a Creighton University employee?
- The account balance for season tickets (and Jaybacker donation if applicable) can be paid for by:
- Credit Card - Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express
- Check - Made out to 'Creighton Athletics'
- Payroll Deduction Form - Only accepted for payment of Men's Basketball balance (season tickets and/or Jaybacker donation). Please note, Creighton University Human Resources will be referenced to confirm the eligibility of using a Payroll Deduction Form.
Do I get a discount on single-game tickets?
- No - only season tickets are able to be discounted for Creighton University faculty and staff at this time.
