2016 NIT Tournament - Creighton vs. Wagner - Creighton University Athletics

Head coach Greg McDermott and the 19-14 Bluejays, a No. 4-seed in the 2016 National Invitation Tournament (NIT), will host No. 8-seed and 23-10 Wagner in a second-round game Saturday on First National Bank Court at CenturyLink Center Omaha (11:05 a.m., tip-off). The game will be televised live nationally on ESPN.

For tickets, season ticket holders can purchase their regular season seat locations for Saturday's game by stopping by the CenturyLink Center Omaha (CLCO) ticket windows tomorrow (Thursday, March 17) from 9 a.m., to 8 p.m., and on Friday from 9 a.m., to 1 p.m. Tickets are not available for purchase at the Creighton Ticket Office on campus. As per NIT rule, there are no complimentary tickets. Ticket prices are $30 each for lower bowl table seats, $20 each for all other lower bowl seats, $20 each for all upper bowl mezzanine seats and $10 each for all other upper bowl seats (adult or youth). If season ticket holders are not able to purchase their season ticket locations at the CLCO ticket windows during the allotted dates and times listed above, they are welcome to send someone down on their behalf to fill out a short order form and purchase the tickets.

The CLCO ticket office will accept cash or credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express) for NIT game ticket payment. Creighton season ticket holders stopping by the CLCO Box Office windows to purchase tickets for Saturday's NIT game on Thursday, March 17 (9 a.m., to 8 p.m.) or Friday (9 a.m. to 1 p.m.) will be able to park free of charge in Lot B. Free parking in Lot B is only available for the purpose of purchasing tickets on the dates and times listed above. Free parking is not available on game day (see game-day parking information below).

Seats not sold as season tickets will be available for purchase starting at 9 a.m. on Thursday, March 17 via Ticketmaster (Baker's and Younkers Ticketmaster locations, Ticketmaster online at www.ticketmaster.com or by calling Ticketmaster and charging by phone at 800-745-3000). Season ticket seats that haven't been purchased by season ticket holders by 1 p.m., on Friday will be made available to the general public via Ticketmaster starting at 1:30 p.m., on Friday.

For game-day parking, men's basketball Jaybackers who received a packet of parking passes before the season should use the one marked "Game 20 - Creighton Bluejays 2015-16 Postseason Game #2" and pay the cash amount listed at the bottom of the pass ($12 for CLCO garage, $8 for Lot A or Lot B) to the lot attendant to gain entry on Saturday.

The same concessions and beverages available to fans during Creighton's regular season will be available for purchase Saturday. Venue doors will open for fans Saturday at 9:30 a.m.

Creighton students with valid identification will be admitted free of charge and those tickets will be distributed at the CLCO "Creighton Student" ticket window starting at 9:30 a.m., Saturday. CU students can start lining up for that distribution inside CLCO beginning at 8:00 a.m., Saturday morning.

Can I purchase my season tickets online, over-the-phone or by email?
No - Season tickets must be purchased and picked up in-person at the CenturyLink Center Omaha Box Office beginning on Thursday, March 17 beginning at 9 a.m. through 8 p.m. as well as Friday, March 18 beginning at 9 a.m. through 1 p.m. Please note, all unsold season ticket locations will be available for purchase online and by phone via Ticketmaster beginning at 1:30 p.m. on Friday, March 18.

Can someone pick up my season tickets for me?
Yes - Season ticket holders can authorize someone to pick up their tickets for them. The person picking up the tickets will be required to show identification as well as fill out a form to be signed off by a Creighton Ticket Office representative.

As a season ticket holder, can I request a seat upgrade prior to the public on-sale?
No - Creighton Men's Basketball season ticket holders may only purchase their existing seat locations in advance. Season ticket holders may elect to wait and purchase different seat locations when the public on-sale commences on Friday, March 18 at 1:30 p.m.

Can I pay for tickets by check?
No - Only cash and credit will be accepted at the CenturyLink Center Omaha Box Office.

Can I purchase single-game tickets online, over-the-phone or by email?

Can I use any coupons or vouchers for free and/or discounted tickets?
No - Complimentary or discounted tickets are not available for any postseason play including NIT. Season and single-game tickets must be purchased at full price.

Will beer and alcohol be sold?
Yes - Concessions and beverages available to fans during Creighton's regular season at CenturyLink Center Omaha will be available for purchase during Saturday morning's NIT game.

Will the Lexus Club Lounge be open during the NIT game?
Yes - The Lexus Club Lounge will be open beginning at 9:30 a.m. and will close 60 minutes following the conclusion of the game. Reservations can be made by calling 402-599-6888. The following groups will have access to the Lexus Club Lounge:

Individuals with tickets in Sections 104, 105 or 106 can use their ticket to gain access to the Lexus Club;
Legend, Scholarship Society, Consensus All-American and All-American level Jaybackers can use their yellow Lexus Club Lounge passes titled "Game 20 - Postseason #2" to gain access to the Lexus Club;
Jaybackers with green Lexus Club Lounge passes that are not game specific can be used to gain access to the Lexus Club;
Individuals with suite tickets can use their ticket to gain access to the Lexus Club;

When/if Creighton wins, will there be another home game played at CenturyLink Center Omaha?
Possibly, but not likely - Should Creighton win its Second Round game on Saturday, March 19 over No. 8-seed Wagner, the Bluejays as the lower-seeded team will likely travel to play the winner of the game between No. 2-seed BYU and No. 3-seeded Virginia Tech on Friday, March 18. Creighton would only host in the event that the higher-seeded team is unable to host the NIT Quarterfinal game.

Will the Creighton Ticket Office be open on Thursday, March 17 or Friday, March 18?
No - However, representatives of the Creighton Ticket Office will be at the CenturyLink Center Omaha Box Office on Thursday, March 17 from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Friday, March 18 from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. as well as on Saturday, March 19 from 8 a.m. until halftime of the game and can answer any and all questions.
