How do I get the GoCreighton App?
- The GoCreighton App is free to download from the Apple Store (iPhone) and Google Play Store (Android).
How do I access my 2021-22 Season Tickets?
How do I request a seat upgrade or add additional seats?
- When you go through the online renewal process, you will have an opportunity to enter a seat upgrade request. Upgrade requests are fulfilled in August-September by priority point ranking and seat availability.
What if I don't have a smartphone?
- If you don't have a smartphone, physical tickets can be mailed to you. If you have additional questions, please contact the Creighton Ticket Office at 402-280-JAYS (5280).
What are the benefits of mobile ticketing?
- Mobile Ticketing is the most convenient, flexible, and safest ways to view, transfer, and re-sell your ticket(s) for all home Creighton Athletic events. You can use the GoCreighton App to access your ticket(s).
Can I have multiple tickets on a single device?
- Yes, once you select the desired game you will be able to swipe left or right to view all of your available tickets for that specific game. For more information, follow the "View Ticket.
Can I still let someone else use my tickets since I don't have physical tickets to give them?
- Yes. Log in to your GoCreighton account on a desktop computer or the GoCreighton app. select the "Manage Tickets" tab, then select the game you want to transfer tickets too and the specific seats to be transferred. Follow the on-screen prompts to enter the recipients information and then select "Transfer". The recipient will receive an email regarding how to accept the transferred tickets.
What payment options are available?
- Please note, if some or all home games are canceled to the pandemic, refunds will be issued on a pro-rated basis.
- We have four payment options available:
- Full Payment Option – Pay off their renewal balance in full by June 11th, 2021
- 4-Month Payment Plan – Your balance will be split up evenly into four (4) monthly payments.
- Payments will be automatically withdrawn on the following dates: upon signup, July 1st, August 2nd and September 1st
- 3-Month Payment Plan – Your balance will be split up evenly into three (3) payments.
- Payments will be automatically withdrawn on the following dates: upon signup, July 1st and August 2nd.
- 2-Month Payment Plan – Your balance will be split up evenly into two (2) payments.
- Payments will be automatically withdrawn on the following dates: upon signup and August 2nd.
- Faculty/Staff
- Creighton University faculty and staff members are eligible to receive a 20% discount on up to two (2) season tickets. Payments can be withdrawn from your paycheck according to all payment plan options by filling out a faculty/staff form and returning it to the Creighton Ticket Office. To request a form to be sent via intercampus mail, please email cuticketoffice@creighton.edu or call 402-280-5287.
What are the benefits of being a Men's Basketball Jaybacker?
- Ability to renew Men's Basketball season tickets that are located in the sections that require specific membership requirements.
- Ability to purchase additional Men's Basketball season tickets in Jaybacker specific sections should any become available.
- Fulfillment of Jaybacker membership requirements on Men's Basketball season ticket seat locations
- Invitations to Jaybacker only social and fund-raising events.
Are the costs of my season ticket and/or Jaybacker contribution tax deductible?
- Currently no, due to the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act, as of Dec 31st, 2017, payments to any or all of these specific allocations tied to season tickets are currently not tax-deductible. For more assistance, consult a legal or financial advisor.
