Getting to Know Brian Gould
- A four-year letterwinner in baseball, Gould also played football for the Rams in each of his four years.
- Gould was a part of three district championships with the football team and two with baseball.
- A four-time all-conference honoree for the Rams, Brian earned First Team All-State as a senior as well as First Team All-Metro and Conference Player of the Year, First Team All State and All-Metro.Â
- In his senior year on the football team, Gould was named First Team All-State and an All-Metro athlete.Â
- In the classroom, Gould also received Academic All-State one time.

- Where did you first fall in love with baseball, and who put the first glove in your hand? Playing baseball and wiffle ball in my driveway. My parents gave me my first glove when I was playing T-ball.

- What’s your favorite restaurant in Omaha? Omaha Tap House
- If you didn’t play baseball, what other sport would you have played? Football
- What’s your earliest baseball memory that still sticks with you today? Hitting my first home run.
- What’s a hobby or talent you have that people wouldn’t expect from a baseball player? I have played the piano since first grade.
