2016-17 (Junior)
Norby appeared in 32 contests as a junior, all coming off the bench ... She closed the season with 75 points, 52 rebounds and 11 blocks ... Bailey was 2-for-2 with a three-ball and three rebounds in the Bluejays’ 69-49 win over Kansas on Nov. 30 ... She reached double-figures for the first time in 2016-17, knocking down two treys en route to a 10-point effort against Nebraska-Omaha on Dec. 7 ... Norby recorded a career-best two blocks at Northern Iowa on Dec. 10 ... Norby authored one of her best games of the season with eight points in a season-high 13 minutes during Creighton’s 70-60 (ot) win at Seton Hall on Jan. 22.
2015-16 (Sophomore)
Bailey seized the starting center position as a sophomore, starting 34 of 35 contests ... Norby allowed the Bluejays to stretch defenses with her mid-range jumper and even knocked down five treys ... Bailey was excellent on both ends at Nebraska (Dec. 6), scoring eight points in 24 minutes ... She delivered 10 points, six rebounds and two assists at Nebraska-Omaha (Dec. 20), helping the Bluejays’ post a 69-46 win ... Bailey opened the game at Villanova (Jan. 5) with her first career three-pointer, knocking it down as the shot clock expired ... Norby went on to lead Creighton with six points in the opening period and eight overall in the Bluejays’ 65-62 win ... Bailey reached double-figures for the second time in her sophomore campaign with 10 points on 4-of-4 from the field in the Bluejays’ win over Butler on Jan. 10 ... Bailey came on for her first action at South Dakota State, shining with six points and two steals to help Creighton claim an 88-81 road victory ... She notched two more steals and six rebounds in the win over Utah on Nov. 20 ... Norby earned her first start in the win over Cincinnati on Nov. 28 in the opening game of the Cal Classic ... One night later she played one of her best games with six points, six boards and her first assist on Nov. 29 against No. 14 California ... Norby racked up a school record 1,890 points and 800 rebounds, earning varsity letters since her 8th grade year at Forest Lake High School ... A starter from her freshman season, Norby averaged a team-high 17.9 points per game in 2012-13 ... Bailey set the Rangers’ school record for points with an impressive 30-point performance in early February of 2014 ... A four time All-Surburban East Conference player, Norby equally excelled off the basketball court ... She holds the Forest Lake shot put record and was a three-time all-conference selection in tennis ... Norby and fellow Minnesota native, Sydney Lamberty, entered Creighton with an immediate bond as the tandem played AAU basketball together for the Minnesota Stars ...
