- An All-State Tournament Team selection, Lexi also was a three-time All-Dak 12 First Team pick.
- Unruh missed junior season with an injury, yet returned to earn the Dak 12 MVP as a senior.
- She played in the North/South All-Star Game as well as the South Dakota 3 Class Shootout All Star game.
