2014 Outdoors: Ran the 800 meters in 2:24 at the Central College invite. Also competed in the Jim Duncan invite hosted by Drake University, running the 1500 in 4:55.
2014 Indoors: Ran 5:16 in her season opener mile, finishing second at the Grinnell Invite. Two weeks following she clocked a personal best 5:01 mile at the Nebraska tune-up.
2013 Cross Country: Ran a season opener 17:51 in the 3 mile at the Augustana Twilight. Had a season opening 6k of 24:05 at the Woody Greeno invite. One week following ran another 6k, clocking 23:42 at the Roy Griak invite in Minneapolis, MN. Competed at the Briar Cliff 5k invite running a personal best 18:04 and placing 4th. Ran a personal best 6k at the Bradley Classic in 21:57. Finished the season with two more 6k’s, running 22:56 at the Big East Conference Championships, and 22:55 at the NCAA Midwest Regional Championships.

2012 Cross Country: Opened the season at the UNO/CU Classic, running 20:13 on the 5k course finishing 11th. Competed in the Woody Greeno invite placing 25th and running 22:51 on the 6k course. Ran 19:07 in the 5k at the Southern Illinois Saluki invitational, good for 11th place. Clocked a season best 5k at the Charles Bowles Invitational in Salem, OR, running 18:24. Ran a season best 6k in 22:14 at the Bradley Classic. Ran 18:58 at the Missouri Valley Championships, a 5k hosted by Illinois State. Finished the season at the NCAA Midwest Regional Championships, with a time of 24:27 on the 6k course.
2012 Indoors: Ran 10:53 in the 3k at the Nebraska Tune Up.
2012 Outdoors: Clocked a personal best 1500 at the Mizzou Relays, running 4:55. Competed in the Jim Duncan Invite running a season best 18:07 in the 5k, good for 3rd place.
2011 Cross Country: Opened the season running 20:28 at the UNO/CU Classic, finishing 15th. Finished 20th at the Huskie Open running 19:37 on the 5k course. Ran a 23:06 6k at the Woody Greeno Invitational. Had a seasonal best 5k at the Greater Louisville Cross Country Classic, running 18:47. Ran 23:03 at the Bradley Classic in Peoria, IL, a 6k race. Finished the season at the Missouri Valley Cross Country Championships, running 19:39 on the 5k course.
High School: Competed in both State Cross Country and Track Championships. Also played varsity basketball for two years.
