In his second year at Creighton, Ben Pierson was promoted to the role of Assistant Director of Facilities for Creighton University Athletics. He has direct responsibility for women's soccer and softball game administration as well as field maintenance for the two sports as well. Pierson is heavily relied upon to assist in setup of D.J. Sokol Arena for Volleyball and Women's Basketball.
Ben joined Creighton as a undergraduate intern prior to 2024-25 academic year. He completed a 600 hour internship in the fall with the Bluejay Facilities department. His performance in the unpaid role led him into the role.
Pierson graduated from Wayne State College with a bachelor's degree in Sport Management in the spring of 2025.Â
Originally from Omaha, Ben graduated from Millard North High School.Â
