Dr. Spencer received her doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Idaho State University; she completed her pre-doctoral internship at Iowa State University and her post-doctoral internship at Washington State University, Athletic Medicine. Dr. Spencer’s generalist approach pulls from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Interpersonal domains. As a psychologist, she enjoys working with concerns such as athletic and performance difficulties, depression, anxiety, trauma, identity, body image and disordered eating, and OCD.
