Omaha, Neb. -- The Creighton women's soccer team hosts Xavier on Sunday, October 3rd at 1:00 pm in its third home BIG EAST match of the season.

Series History: Bluejays Trail Musketeers, 5-7-0
Creighton and Marquette have met 13 times with five victories for each squad and three draws. The Bluejays are 3-1-2 against the Golden Eagles in Omaha. Over the last five meetings the Bluejays hold a 2-1-2 edge, including a pair of victories last season.

Scouting Xavier (9-1-1, 2-1-0 BIG EAST)
Xavier has been one of the most impressive teams in the BIG EAST this season. The Musketeers only loss of the season came in overtime to Georgetown (2-1 on Sept. 26th). The only other blemish was a 1-1 draw with Bowling Green on Sept. 16.
The Musketeer offense has been strong throughout the season, notching 17 goals in 11 matches. Six different players have at least two goals, led by a team-high four goals from Chloe Netzel.
Inside the net Xavier's Olivia Jenkins has played every second this season, allowing seven goals for a paltry 0.62 goals against average (GAA).
Scouting Creighton (6-4-2, 0-2-1 BIG EAST)
The Bluejays enter Sunday's match coming off consecutive 1-0 losses in conference action. Creighton's last goal came in the third minute of its match with Georgetown, a streak of 291 minutes (290:53).
Creighton's defense has kept the Bluejays in every contest, allowing just six goals in 12 matches. Junior goalkeeper Keelan Terrell has six shutouts this season and leads the BIG EAST with a 0.47 GAA.
Sophomore Abigail Santana guides the Bluejay offense with a team best seven goals. Santana, however, has been limited to two shots in three BIG EAST matches.
