Women's Basketball Closes Exhibition Schedule with 97-34 Win Over Truman State

Omaha, Neb. -- Four Bluejays finished in double figures as the 21st ranked Creighton women's basketball team closed its exhibition season with a 97-34 win over Truman State on Saturday, October 29.
The Bluejays came out of the gates on fire as Creighton built a 23-3 lead by the end of the first quarter. For the second consecutive contest each member of the team scored at least one bucket.
Creighton will open the regular season with a road battle of top-25 teams, heading to South Dakota State to face the 23rd ranked Jackrabbits on November 7 at 6:30 p.m.
