Scouting Creighton
Creighton was impressive in a pair of road wins to open the 2022-23 season, defeating #23 South Dakota State and South Dakota. In both games the Bluejays trailed after the opening frame, 19-14 to the Jackrabbits and 19-12 to South Dakota. Â
Another similarity in each win is the Bluejays saw one player step forward to dominate the contest. Against the Jackrabbit it was Lauren Jensen that finished with 30 points and five assists. In the win over South Dakota Morgan Maly equaled a career-high with 21 points and grabbed 10 rebounds for her second career double-double.

Creighton reached its highest program ranking on Monday, November 14 as the Bluejays climbed to No. 20 in the AP Poll.
The Bluejays were ranked in three consecutive AP Polls in 1992, closing the season 6-1.
In 2017 the Bluejays went 0-1 in their lone week in the AP Poll (March 6). This year Creighton is 2-0 as a ranked squad, giving the Bluejays a combined mark of 8-2 while in the rankings.

Creighton's History in the Rankings
Creighton reached its highest program ranking on Monday, November 14 as the Bluejays climbed to No. 20 in the AP Poll.
The Bluejays were ranked in three consecutive AP Polls in 1992, closing the season 6-1.
In 2017 the Bluejays went 0-1 in their lone week in the AP Poll (March 6). This year Creighton is 2-0 as a ranked squad, giving the Bluejays a combined mark of 8-2 while in the rankings.
