High School
- An All-BIG EAST First Team selection for the second consecutive season, Jensen led Creighton with 558 points.Â
- She led the Bluejays with 74 three-pointers, as well as 208 made field goals, also grabbing 119 rebounds and dishing out 98 assists.
- As impressive in the classroom, Lauren was an College Sports Communicators Academic All-District selection, as well as earning the 2023-24 BIG EAST Sport Excellence Award for Women’s Basketball.Â
- Lauren made 10 field goals for 23 points to lift Creighton to a 75-52 win over North Dakota State in the 2023-24 opener on Nov. 6.
- Jensen delivered 21 points and grabbed four steals against Green Bay on Nov. 16.
- The Minnesota native dropped a career-best 32 points to lead Creighton to an 83-69 win over Michigan State on Nov. 24, going on to win the MVP honors of the Riviera Division of the Cancun Challenge.Â
- Jensen had 16 points in the Bluejays’ 57-46 victory over Georgia Tech on Nov. 23 in the first game of the tournament.
- Jensen’s last second heave at the end of the third quarter became a three-point play and a 53-45 edge to help #22 Creighton take care of Wyoming 73-61 on Dec. 10.
- Lauren found her range against Drake, hitting five treys en route to a 22 point effort in Creighton’s 89-78 win on December 17.
- For the fifth time in Creighton’s first 12 games, Jensen delivered at least 20 points, leading the Bluejays to a 67-56 win over St. John’s on Dec. 30 with 20 points.
- Lauren delivered 22 points to help the Bluejays defeat Providence 81-70 on Jan. 14.
- Down 60-59 in the fourth, Jensen flipped the momentum of the road game at Georgetown with a four-point play with 5:54 left. She closed the game with 21 points to lead Creighton to a 77-72 win.
- On the floor for the entire 40 minutes, Jensen delivered 16 points including 12 from beyond the arc to help the Bluejays best Seton Hall, 57-49, on Jan. 28.
- Lauren scored 19 points, including 10 in the fourth quarter alone, to help Creighton best Marquette 76-71 on Jan. 31.
- Lauren equaled her career-high with eight rebounds and also scored 19 points in Creighton’s 88-59 win over DePaul on Feb. 10.Â
- Opening the game 6-for-6, Jensen tied for a team-best 20 points in the Bluejays’ 71-51 win at St. John’s on Feb. 16.
- Lauren delivered a BIG TIME game in the BIG EAST Quarterfinals 72-65 win over Seton Hall on March 9 with 22 points.
- Jensen led Creighton with 25 points in the First Round of the NCAA Tournament, helping Creighton defeat #20 UNLV, 87-73, on March 23.
- She closed the season with a 40-minute effort at #6 UCLA.
Summer of 2023
- Jensen claimed a 3x3 National Championship in Colorado Springs, Colorado as the Bluejay quartet of Jensen, Morgan Maly, Molly Mogensen and Emma Ronsiek collected the title with a 5-1 record. The Bluejays posted victories over Seton Hall, Villanova and Duke in the elimination round, defeating the Blue Devils in the championship game.
2022-23 (Junior)
- Jensen was an All-BIG EAST First Team selection, closing the season with a team-high 500 points.
- Equally impressive in the classroom, Jensen earned a spot on the Division I-AAA Athletics Directors Association 21st Annual Scholar-Athlete Team.
- She also finished tied for the team lead with 107 assists, starting all 31 games and playing a team-high 1,048 minutes of a possible 1,245.
- Lauren was spectacular in Creighton’s 78-69 win at #23 South Dakota State on November 7, posting a career-high 30 points.
- Jensen dished out a seven assists in the Bluejays’ 77-51 win over #22 Nebraska on Nov. 15.
- Lauren closed the win at Northern Iowa (85-66) with 19 points on 9-of-16 from the field.
- Jensen delivered 20 points on 9-of-15 from the field in Creighton’s 93-71 win at Omaha on Nov. 22.
- Lauren led Creighton with 18 points in the Bluejays’ 57-51 win at Xavier on Nov. 25.
- Jensen grabbed a career-high eight rebounds, a career-high two blocks and nine points in the Bluejays’ 67-46 win at #25 Villanova on Dec. 2.
- Lauren closed the game at St. John’s with 21 points on Dec. 4, hitting 9-of-17 from the field.
- Jensen took over in the final frame of Creighton’s 92-82 win at DePaul on Dec. 31, delivering nine points and three assists in the fourth quarter. She finished the game with 21 points, six assists and six rebounds.
- Lauren led Creighton with 19 points, going 9-for-14 (64.3%) from the field in Creighton’s 68-42 win over Marquette on Jan. 8.
- Jensen delivered 15 points, seven rebounds and seven assists in Creighton’s 75-53 win over Seton Hall on Jan. 11.
- Lauren led the Bluejays with 20 points, including 14 in the third quarter, as Creighton defeated Georgetown 65-57 on Jan. 28.
- Jensen delivered 17 points and dished out a career-high eight assists in the Bluejays’ 81-65 win on Feb. 4 over St. John’s.
- Lauren led Creighton with 16 points and three steals in a 74-46 win over Butler on Feb. 27.
- Playing a career-high 45 minutes, Jensen scored seven of her 16 points in the fourth quarter and overtime to help Creighton best Seton Hall 75-74 on March 4 in the BIG EAST Tournament Quarterfinals.
- Jensen topped 20 points or more for the sixth time, scoring 22 against Villanova in the BIG EAST Tournament Semifinals on March 5.
- Lauren delivered another 22 points in the Bluejays battle with Mississippi State in the NCAA Tournament on March 17.
2021-22 (Sophomore)
- Jensen was dynamic in her first year as a Bluejay, starting 32-of-33 contests.
- She closed the season with 413 points, including a team-best 82 three-pointers.
- Lauren took her performance to another level in the NCAA Tournament, ending the season of her former Iowa team and earning a spot on the Greensboro Regional All-Tournament Team.
- Jensen was named BIG EAST Co-Most Improved Player of the Year and earned a spot on the All-BIG EAST Second Team.
- Jensen made her Creighton debut with eight points at Drake on Nov. 10.
- Lauren made an immediate impact in her home debut as a Bluejay with 16 points in the Bluejays 71-51 win over Omaha on Nov. 13.
- Jensen knocked down early treys in each half to ignite a 16-0 and 7-0 run for Creighton as the Bluejays bested Georgetown, 64-38, on Dec. 3.
- Lauren authored a breakout performance with 23 points and four steals in Creighton’s 72-58 win over Villanova on Dec. 5.
- Jensen posted 15 points and six rebounds in the Bluejays’ 81-72 victory at Arkansas on Dec. 21.
- Lauren grabbed seven rebounds and delivered 14 points in Creighton’s 67-51 win at Xavier on Jan. 2.
- Led by three trifectas in the third quarter, Lauren scored 14 points in Creighton’s 83-60 win over Seton Hall on Jan. 14.
- Jensen finished with 22 points on 8-of-16 from the field in an 80-70 win at Georgetown on Jan. 21.
- Reaching double figures for the sixth consecutive game and 10th time in 11 contests, Lauren torched Providence for 20 points in Creighton’s 95-71 win on Jan. 28.
- Held in check from long range, Jensen switched gears to hurt DePaul as a driver with 11 points in Creighton’s 77-68 road win on Feb. 4.
- Lauren delivered 15 of her 18 points in the second half of Creighton’s 68-47 win over Xavier on Feb. 11.
- Jensen went 7-for-12 from beyond the arc to lead the Bluejays with 23 points in a 96-49 win over Butler on Feb. 13.
- Lauren went 6-for-10 with a team-high 16 points in Creighton’s 107-59 win over St. John’s on Feb. 18.
- Lauren stepped into the national spotlight with the go-ahead three-pointer with 12.6 seconds remaining against #8 Iowa as the Bluejays bested the Hawkeyes on ABC during the Second Round of the NCAA Tournament on March 20.
- Jensen scored nine of the Bluejays final 10 points in the win over #8 Iowa, finishing with 19 points.
- Lauren grabbed eight rebounds and scored 10 in the Bluejays’ 74-68 win over #10 Iowa State on March 25.
2020-21 (Freshman at Iowa)
- Jensen appeared in 17 games as a freshman at Iowa during the 2020-21 season.
- She closed the season with 23 points (1.3 ppg) and nine assists.
- Jensen and the Hawkeyes’ run in the NCAA Tournament took them to the Sweet 16.
- Lauren scored five points in her first game, a 96-81 win over Northern Iowa on Nov. 25.
- Her season-high of seven points came at Illinois on Jan. 3 as she knocked down a pair of treys and also hit a free throw.
High School
- Jensen played at Lakeville North High School, earning three All-South Suburban Conference selections and All-State Tournament honoree as a sophomore.
- She averaged 28.0 points, 5.0 rebounds, and 3.0 assists per game as a junior, leading her team to a section championship.
- Lauren recorded 18.0 points, 4.0 rebounds, 2.0 assists per game as a sophomore, helping her team to a section championship and third at the state championship.
- She was one of five 2020 Minnesota Miss Basketball finalists.
- Jensen holds the school’s records for points in single game (47) and single season (812).
- Lauren played seven years on North Tartan AAU team under Gerard Coury.
