What's New for the 2022-23 Season

OMAHA, Neb. - Creighton men's basketball is back at CHI Health Center Omaha as they tip off the 2022-23 season tonight, Nov. 7, against St. Thomas.
Fans can expect the following changes this season:

Fans can expect the following changes this season:
- Creighton Lights - This exciting new feature is a part of the GoCreighton app (available on Apple and Google Play) and brings songs to life through a customized light show using attendee's phone. Creighton Lights will be synchronized to the music of the pre-game tunnelwalk video and the starting lineups sequence. Open the GoCreighton app and access "Creighton Lights" on the main menu prior to the videos to take part in this year's light show.
- Enhanced Intro Sequence - In addition to the new Creighton Lights, fans will feel the heat this season with the introduction of fire to the pre-game tunnelwalk and the starting lineup introduction.
- Gates Moved to 60 Minutes - Doors will now open 60 minutes prior to tip-off, as opposed to previous 90 minutes. Parking lots will still open approximately 2 hours before tip-off.
- Gameday DJ & In-Game Host - DJ Ivan Alferez & men's basketball alum Josh Jones '13 will be new, but familiar, faces on gameday this season. From Beats n' Sheets Karaoke, the duo will provide music and entertainment all game long.
- Campus Shuttles - Creighton students & fans can access free gameday shuttles from campus. Shuttles will begin running one hour prior to tip-off and will make round trips in 15 minute increments. The two designated stops for pick-up on Creighton's campus are Deglman Circle (24th & California) and outside the Mike & Josie Harper Center (east side of the build, 20th & California). The shuttle will drop-off at the CHI Health Center Omaha convention center entrance. Following the game's conclusion, the shuttle will start the the CHI Health Center Omaha convention center entrance on 10th Street and loop the original route back to campus.
- Digital Tickets & Parking - All tickets and parking passes will be issued digitally this season. Fans are encouraged to download their tickets and passes to their mobile wallet before arriving on gameday. For our mobile ticketing guide, click here.
- Ticket Resale Feature - Can't make a game this season? You can now sell your tickets straight from your MyCreighton account.
- Cashless at CHI Health Center Omaha - CHI Health Center Omaha concession counters and kiosks have transitioned to a cash-free environment. All major credit and debit cards are accepted. Multiple Cash-2-Card machines are on site that function as reverse ATMs, providing a debit card for the amount of cash inserted. There are no fees associated with utilizing these machines.
- Clear Bag Policy - Only clear bags or bags no larger than 4.5"x6.5" are permitted. For more on the clear bag policy and list of approved items, click here.
