Creighton and Nebraska Baseball Will Resume Halted Game Prior to May 9 Tilt

Omaha, Neb. -- Creighton and Nebraska will resume the April 19 game, suspended by lightning, on Tuesday, May 9 at 5:00 p.m. at Charles Schwab Field in Omaha. The Huskers will be the home team in the resumed game, batting with the bases loaded and no outs in the bottom of the seventh.

Following the completion of the suspended game, the Huskers and Bluejays will meet in the series finale scheduled for 7:06 p.m. on CBS Sports Network. The regularly scheduled game will not begin early.

Tickets for the regularly scheduled game on May 9 will cover both contests, with gates opening at 4:00 p.m.Tickets from the game on April 18 will not be honored at Charles Schwab Field Omaha.
